You acknowledge that the funds in your Account are consumed instantly when playing games and that we do not provide refunds.

You accept and acknowledge that the prevailing market value of cryptocurrencies can change dramatically.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any associated cryptocurrency wallets.

You may only have one account. Multiple accounts may result in suspension or termination.

You may not use Spyn for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or terrorist financing.

You may not use bots, scripts, or other automated methods to interact with Spyn.

You may not attempt to manipulate or exploit Spyn’s systems or services.

You may deposit cryptocurrency into your Spyn account to participate in games.

Withdrawals will be processed to your designated cryptocurrency wallet.

Spyn reserves the right to suspend or restrict withdrawals if suspicious activity is detected.

We may refuse to credit any deposits at our own discretion. If your Account has been blocked or suspended, you must refrain from attempting to deposit funds into it. Should you attempt to deposit funds when your Account is blocked or suspended, (i) you acknowledge and accept the risk that such deposited funds may be permanently lost, and (ii) if those deposited funds are not lost, we will have the right to retain them.

Spyn offers various games of chance. Outcomes are determined by fair and transparent algorithms.

Winnings are credited to your Spyn account and can be withdrawn subject to these Terms.

Spyn reserves the right to void any winnings resulting from errors, bugs, or fraudulent activity.

Spyn is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Spyn is not liable for any losses resulting from your use of the Services, including but not limited to financial losses, technical issues, or third-party actions.

Spyn may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Spyn after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Spyn reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason.
